Multi-channel video distance pull test report of an ad hoc network of an aerospace institute
1. Test time: January 14, 2020
2. Test location: around a certain aerospace institute
3. Test equipment: AnyMesh-BWL-8W car radio ×1, AnyMesh-BWL-2W×2
4. Test environment: sunny day, the field of vision is relatively empty, the terrain is more undulating, and there are more surrounding villages and forests.
5. Test item: Test the video and voice transmission quality between the base station and each vehicle node.
6. Test objectives: full-duplex voice real-time communication, two-way video real-time backhaul (bitstream 1Mbps), detect the audio and video transmission quality of the radio station during the car driving, and whether the transmission can reach more than 4 kilometers under this circumstance.
Test method: the starting base station radio station (AnyMesh-BWL-8W) is placed on the No. 1 car and parked at the starting point; the No. 2 vehicle radio station (AnyMesh-BWL-2W) is connected to the camera and placed on the No. 2 car; the No. 3 car radio (AnyMesh-BWL-2W) is connected to the camera and placed on the No. 3 car and drives out with the No. 2 car, watch the video on the No. 1 car and ping the packet, observe that the No. 1 and No. 2 cars reach the critical point (the video appears to be continuously stuck, and the ping packet is dropped), the No. 2 car stops as a relay point, and the No. 3 car continues to drive forward; and finally watches the No. 2 video screen on the No. 1 car and pings the packet。
7. Origin
Relay video: The black car is car No. 1, and the white car is car No. 2 Car No. 3
8. Test conclusion: full-duplex voice real-time communication and two-way video real-time backhaul (1Mbps bitstream) are clear and smooth during driving, and car 3 can reach more than 4 kilometers through car 2 as a relay point.
Suggested measures: In order to achieve better results and meet the needs of customers for longer communication distances, it is recommended that customers use our SDR radio, which has better performance.
