Shandong Taishan Ad Hoc Network Relay Achieves Nearly 300km UAV Video Return Wanlan Ad Hoc Network 3


1. Overview


Cooperate with the customer test ANYMESH broadband ad hoc network radio to achieve UAV flight 160km test application, and through Taishan relay to achieve close to 300km UAV video backhaul.

2. Test the environment

Other accessories: 10dBi omnidirectional FRP antenna 4, airborne 1 150-1400MHz omnidirectional antenna 4 x 4.5dBi, laptop computer 2 Platform.

3. Location deployment


Test method: 20W ground 1 station: 192.168.144.190 solidified placed in the Qingshan Command Center, 20W groundRadio 2: 192168.144.191 placed on the top of Mount Tai Jade Emperor, 10W UAV 3 radio: 192.168.144.202 DongyingGuangrao County is in the open field, flying at analtitude of about 4 00 meters, and 4 stations on the ground 192.168.144, 201 are placed on the roof under the droneUse.

4. Test data

(1) ANYMESH-02-2 0W Ground 1 Radio 192.168.144.190 WITH ANYMESH-02-2 0W GROUND 2Radio 192.168.144.191 is 130km apart, and the top of the mountain is 2 stations with ANYMESH-03-10W drone station 192.168.144.202 is 160km away from each other, and the drone is at an altitude of 400 meters Left and right, ground 4 radio station 192.168.144.201 placed under the roof of the drone.

As shown in the figure above, the drone realizes nearly 300km of drone video back to the Tsingshan command center through Taishan relay


(2) All radio frequencies are set to 1310/1320/1330/1410/1420/1430MHz, and the adaptive intelligent frequency selection mode is enabled. The transmit power is 20 W and 10W, respectively. Terrestrial Radio 1 and Terrestrial Radio 2 use a 10dBi gain 2 m length glass steel antenna, and the drone and terrestrial station 4 use an on-board 1 150-1400 MHz omnidirectional antenna4 roots gain 4.5dBi.

The working bandwidth is 10Mbit/s, the packet rate is 4.64Mbps, and the working bandwidth is 5 MHz, and the packet rate is 2.83Mbps:


Test results: The 1080P video (about 2-4Mbps) of the drone pod was transmitted back to the Tsingshan command center.

The ANYMESH ad hoc network radio realizes the test application of UAV flight at 160km, and realizes the 1080P video backhaul of UAV at nearly 300km through Taishan relay.

The packet rate is 2.83Mbps at 5 Mbit/s bandwidth and 4.64Mbps at 10 Mbit/s bandwidth.
